Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Garage91 Automotive.in. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

  1. Returns

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 3 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required to process all returns.

    Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

    • Custom-made or special-order parts

    • Electrical or electronic components once installed

    • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  1. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your refund is approved:

    • A 2% processing charge will be deducted from the total refundable amount.  

    • Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product

    • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 working days after approval.

    Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  1. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 9150875439. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
